1. Information we collect
When you request emergency dispatch or apply to join the crew, we collect:

- Photographs of the damaged property that you upload
- Insurance provider, policy or claim numbers, and property ownership status where you provide them for claim documentation
- For crew applicants: city of residence, licence status, transportation, gear and physical qualification answers
2. How we use your information
Your information is used strictly to:
- Schedule and dispatch emergency mitigation crews to your property
- Quote, invoice and complete the requested muck-out and sanitization work
- Prepare insurance loss documentation and government relief paperwork, including Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO) and the St. Catharines Flood Alleviation Program (FLAP)
- Contact you about your job, crew arrival times and follow-up
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third-party marketers.
Information is shared only with the assigned crew members working your job, and — at your direction — with your insurer, adjuster or the government body processing your relief claim.
3. Photographs
Photos uploaded through the booking form are used solely for job assessment, crew preparation and insurance or government loss reporting. They are not published, used in advertising, or shared publicly without your separate written consent.
4. Storage, retention and security
Job records and claim documentation are retained for as long as needed to complete the work and support your insurance or DRAO/FLAP claim, and afterwards only as required by Ontario tax and business records law. Access is limited to dispatch staff and the crew assigned to your job.
5. Consent and your rights
Submitting a booking or crew application constitutes consent to the uses described here. You may withdraw consent, request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion at any time — subject to records we must retain by law.
